I was goofing off on Facebook today and came across this button and it struck a chord:
In case it's hard to read, it says, "The worst thing about being lied to is knowing you weren't worth the truth." When I read it I felt a jolt, because that's the undercurrent of my feelings about dishonesty. I know honesty is work, but it's work that's worth doing if you truly love someone. Now if I could just figure out how to tell if someone feels the same way or is just telling me what I want to hear...
